Renato De Leon is a Mexican American dancer, choreographer, and creative director based in Berlin. He began his career as a professional ballet dancer with the Polish National Ballet and the Czech National Ballet before transitioning into freelance work across Europe. De Leon began creating independent projects such as DANCÆ and Ballet Sur_real, combining classical dance with electronic music and collaborating with artists across Berlin’s cultural and nightlife scenes to explore new performance environments.

Leonis Works was founded by De Leon as a creative platform and production network designed to support interdisciplinary artistic projects, cultural collaborations, and multidisciplinary creative development. Through the platform, he works as a creative director, producer, and performer, connecting artists, designers, musicians, filmmakers, producers, and creative partners to develop new formats for performance, immersive experience, and contemporary cultural production.

Alongside his artistic background, he has developed experience in business, strategic communications, and management, which informs how Leonis Works operates as both a creative and strategic platform. A central part of his vision is to provide artists with a platform that encourages collaboration and shared creation while also working with businesses, brands, and cultural organizations to support projects that connect artistic innovation with broader cultural and commercial contexts.
